In August 2023, Amantes picked up Mare Maggie. In September, he took his dam, Betty Blue, and filly Satine from stallion Cloud. The following month, in October, Amantes acquired mare Dixie from his sire, Coal, and ended the year with his first band. In August 2024, bachelor stallion Blazo began to follow the band. He has continued to follow them for over a year and is often seen working as a lieutenant for the band.
