Casper, a 2014 stallion out of Shale by the legendary Gray Ghost, became a bachelor in November of 2017. He ran with several other bachelors through 2018 and into 2019. In the summer of 2019, he began to spend the majority of his time with Former Band Stallion, Cloud after he lost his band.
In 2021, Casper worked his way into Teton’s band. Over time he took control of three of Teton’s daughters, Archer, Bee, and Berkleigh. He would later pick up Tontee adding another Teton daughter to his band. In the spring of 2023, Mare Tontee gave birth to a filly Tawny, who is presumed to be sired by Casper.
In November of 2024, Mare Berkleigh would give birth to her first foal, Jasper who was presumed to be sired by Casper. Casper also added to the band when he took Mares Holly and Whiskey from Teton in December of 2024. Unfortunately, our weather and an injury cut Jasper’s time short and we lost him in January 2025.
