Red Face’s Band Before Winter
Hello everyone! Today, we will look at the rest of Red Face’s band. He has some beautiful mares in his band. They are a tight-knit group that has been together for many years. I will write more information under each photo, so be sure to scroll through. Enjoy and have a wonderful week!
1999 Mare, Frosty, and her 2021 Colt, Cody – Frosty is currently the second oldest mare in the Park.
2010 Mare, Lakota – She is out of Daisy x Silver and is a full sister to Mare Eagle of Remington’s band.
2014 Mare, Emmylou – She is out of Mare Flame x Red Face. Pretty Girl is her older sister and Little Mo is her younger sister.
2003 Mare, Pretty Girl (Flame x the late stallion, Singlefoot) – After taking this photo, I realized that the flaxen mane filly in the background is Pretty Girl’s granddaughter, Birch, out of Mare Perdita. 😉 They are in Gunner’s band and were standing nearby Red Face.
2000 Mare, Flame – She has three daughters in the band – Pretty Girl, Emmylou, and Little Mo.
