The Dynamic Duo

Hello everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. Since Arrowhead appeared to be a favorite stallion of many on this page I thought I would share with you the photo that I called, “The Dynamic Duo.” I took this photo in 2016 when Ollie Jr and Arrowhead were still bachelors. When I originally shared it to Wild in North Dakota it was in black and white so I thought I would show you a color edit here today. I went out on a day in late January when it finally warmed up enough to hike a little. I hadn’t quite become brave enough to hike all over the park in the snow as I do now so this was the first time I had seen some of the horses in over a month. The boys were very interested in me as well since they hadn’t seen many people during the winter months. This will always be one of my favorite images of these two as it reminds me of how happy I was to see these boys that day and because it captures the curious nature these two always had when they were bachelors together.
