First Foal to Be Named By the Park

Hello everyone! Frosty’s filly has a name! Meet the first filly named by the park, Aden. The park has implemented a new system this year for naming the foals born in Theodore Roosevelt National Park. They have compiled a list consisting of lakes, streams, summits and valleys located in the United States. They then narrowed that list down to under 50 names starting with the letter A. This year all names will begin with the letter “A”, then next year “B”, and so on. This new system is a trial and if it works well it will continue to be used by the park.
