Finding Casper’s Band

Good evening! As I mentioned in an earlier post, we have been incredibly busy in the field. Spring brings many changes, and documenting them all can feel like a full-time job. Recently, we have been looking for individuals who are not where they should be and hiking to check on specific bands. This week, two bands were on our list, including the handsome stallion you see below, 2014 Casper (Nicols). It took some effort, but we found them tucked away in their private area of the park. There is no greater feeling than following the leads while searching for a band and having it pay off in the end. Everyone looks great, and this time, luckily, no frisky bison were around to scare them out of the area. Enjoy this look at Casper and his band!
