Checking on Yates

Hello everyone! Today, we are going to look at the second foal of the year, Yates. He was born in March to mare Shale, and his presumed sire is the late stallion Georgia’s Boy. Shale and Yates were picked up by stallion Shooter (Creed) after Georgia’s Boy passed this year. This was the first mare for Shooter, so there was concern with him looking after an older mare with a brand-new foal, but he has proven to be a good match for the two of them.
