Hello everyone! The thick fog we had on Saturday created some nice hoarfrost on the field grass in higher areas of the Park over the weekend. I was able to capture a few photos of it on Sunday while I was Guardian and his girls. By mid-afternoon, it had all melted so I was glad I photographed it when I had the chance. It is one of the most gorgeous things we get to see in the winter months. Below are a few photos of Guardian’s band as well as a close-up shot of the hoarfrost on a bush. Enjoy and have a great week!

A closer look at the hoarfrost. (Hoarfrost – a grayish-white crystalline deposit of frozen water vapor formed in clear still weather on vegetation, fences, etc.)
